Damaged-on-Arrival Policy
Your flowers should arrive in pristine condition. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or does not meet our high standards, please contact us as soon as possible. We kindly request that you report any issues on the day of delivery, ideally within 24 hours, to help us investigate and resolve the matter quickly. Please retain the flowers and all packaging, as we may ask for photographs to assist our team in assessing the issue and improving our service.
Freshness Guarantee and Window
Wembley Florist guarantees that all flowers will be fresh on arrival and should last between 5 to 7 days with proper care, depending on the flower varieties used. If your flowers do not meet our freshness standards within 48 hours of delivery, please let us know immediately. We want you to enjoy your flowers for as long as possible and will work with you to ensure that happens.
Refund and Replacement Options
Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, is significantly not as described, or does not meet our freshness guarantee, we offer two options:
- Replacement: We can arrange a replacement bouquet or arrangement, using fresh flowers and delivered at the earliest convenient time.
- Refund: Alternately, we can process a full or partial refund depending on the nature of the issue. The method and amount of the refund will be confirmed once we have reviewed the situation with you.
We assess each case individually to ensure a fair and prompt resolution.
